You can pin evidence directly to a visual floor plan of your store. That shows which brands and categories are targeted in which zones.

What do managers see?

Frontline updates sync to the Op Center, which gives managers a view of active issues. Managers can also track resolutions, recovery values and trends across all stores.

Can my team discuss an incident inside SmartLP?

Yes. Your team can talk through incidents and trends right beside the report they are about.
