How much does SmartLP cost?

• Core, for a single store: $99 a month billed annually, or $110 month to month.
• Organization, for connected stores: $129 a month per store billed annually, or $144 per store month to month.
• Enterprise, for 15 or more stores, franchise systems and buying groups: custom pricing. Talk to us.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. Annual billing saves 10% compared with the monthly rate.

What counts as a store for billing?

Each physical location is a store.

Do I pay per user?

No. Staff seats are included. Pricing is per store, not per user.

What is included in Core?

Mobile incident capture, AI incident drafting, 5,000 AI Credits a month, task management, a store dashboard, and staff seats.

What is included in Organization?

Everything in Core for every store, plus incidents and patterns shared across your stores, tasks you can assign to any store, one dashboard for every location, 25,000 AI Credits a month pooled across your stores, and priority support.

What is included in Enterprise?

Volume pricing for 15 or more stores, custom AI Credit volume, franchise hierarchy management, custom partner integrations, and a dedicated account manager.

How are connected stores billed?

Each store is billed to a billing account. One account can pay for every store, or each business can have its own account.
