SmartLP is built and hosted in Canada. Our infrastructure is designed to keep core incident data resident in Canada.
Is SmartLP subject to foreign data requests?
Our infrastructure is designed to mitigate exposure to foreign data requests, including the CLOUD Act, by maintaining Canadian residency for core incident data.
Which privacy laws is SmartLP designed for?
SmartLP is designed with PIPEDA and Law 25 principles in mind.
Do you use third-party trackers?
No. SmartLP uses zero third-party tracking. We use first-party analytics only, to improve the product.
Do you train AI on my data?
No.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. Audit trails for data edits are permanent and additive.
Can I see your Privacy Policy, Terms, or Data Processing Addendum?
